This is a home where I helped my client choose the house design and change the floor plan to meet her needs. They had bought the lot to build a home and sell for a profit. I helped with the landscaping and colors of the exterior of this house.

I helped the kitchen designer lay out the kitchen in my client's home. I chose the chandelier, the cabinets, the honed black granite, the appliances, sink, pulls and flooring. |

This dining room was a challenge because of budget considerations. It was large in scale so I choose a table that was wider than normal to keep it in scale with the room. |

Again budget was a factor so I purchased 90% of the furniture at a local resale shop. I also designed the fireplace and chose the flooring. |
